What happens after I book a service online?
When you book one of the above services online, you are booking a free consultation to discuss your needs and the services we can provide to help along with an estimated timeline and budget. Once you accept our proposal and arrange access to your accounting system, we can begin working on your job right away.
What if I don't decide to hire you after the free consultation meeting?
We never charge for free consultation meetings, even if we are not hired. The free consultations are designed to make sure that our services are a good fit for potential clients. If a potential client determines that we are not a good fit, we will graciously wish them the best in their search and be happy to serve them if they change their mind in the future.
